What is a Midge’s Make-Along?

A Make-Along is a limited-time crochet event where participants work on the same Sweet Lilliput pattern together over a cozy extended weekend.
Each event includes:
- 25% off the featured pattern
- Exclusive freebies and bonus goodies
- Access to the private event chat
- Community encouragement, support, and silliness
- A chance to be featured on Midge’s Fridge
No pressure. No strict deadlines. Just a fun way to crochet together.
How does it work?

1. Watch for the Announcement
The featured pattern is announced 1 week in advance, along with the full supply list—so you’ll know exactly what you’re making and have everything you need to get started.
2. Sign Up
Sign up for the Make-Along and receive your exclusive coupon code via email.
3. Get Event Details
On the Friday before the event, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including instructions for joining the Instagram event chat(s).
To keep things cozy and manageable, chats are kept moderately sized—so multiple groups may be created depending on the number of participants.
4. Make Along With Us
During the event, Midge will share any bonus goodies/freebies.
You’ll have Two full weekends + the week between to work on your project at your own pace.
Share progress, ask questions, and hang out with fellow makers along the way.
5. Share Your Make
Share your finished plushies on Instagram using #MidgesMakeAlong so the whole community can celebrate with you.
6. Get Featured on Midge’s Fridge
Share your make for a chance to be featured on Midge’s Fridge—a digital gallery of delightful creations from the Make-Along.
